Hmm. in trying to fix one thing I seem to have broken Jaikoz for brand new installations, I'll get a fixed release out soon.

Have you tried just leaving it alone for 10 minutes, it can take a while on first startup to setup the database.

I wonder if this is the issue, it seems rather than just saving changes to the spreadsheet you are exportiong the data to a new spreadsheet. When you export the data from Jaikoz are you exporting it as xls or csv from Jaikoz ?

Hmm I don't understand why you are getting this, and note Im not having any problems with Java 7 either.
All I can suggest is you:
Delete c:\Users\username\Jaikoz (not just the contents)
Restart Jaikoz

This would happen if either you lost your internet connection or if Musicbrainz was down/overloaded so that 10 consecutive retries by Jaikoz failed. Restarting Jaikoz will clear the issue if Musicbrainz/Internet working again.

Why dont you load the iTunes library into Jaikoz and use the Delete Duplicates.
