License key (OSX) won't install! help..  XML

Hi there,
I've bought a license key.
Received the .jai file but when i load it it says:
License not valid, retaining Trial License

system: Apple Intel G5, OSX Leopard,
Jaikoz version: v2.3.1 (build 1044)

please help,

Hi Ive resnt your license wrapped in a zip file, this should solve your problem

I have the same issue when trying to install key

GCK has now been resent within a zip this usually resolves the issue.

i have also the problem. "key is not valid, reset to trial". Please send me the license via zip-file. yesterday i wrote you a message to your support mailadress, but i reseived no answer. thanks a lot

Unzipped new file you sent, same response. Invalid.

Also keeps crashing each time I try to install full license.

Start Jaikoz with 'Open in 32-bit' mode option checked, there seems to be a sporadic issue with 64bit Jaikoz on 10.5.8 only

Already tried that. program will not open at all.

Error says:

Cannot launch Java application

Uncaught exception in main method:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version
number in .class file

Heh, you should have a full track trace in your Macs console or system log that you can post please.
