it is very easy for me to create an automatic translation of any language using Google , but this only gets some of it right then I need a fluent speaker to correct some of the translations and add missing ones.

So if you would like jaikoz translated to another language and would be happy to proof read/correct a rough translation done by me follow the instructions below.

0. Email me details of the translation you require, I will then email you back an automatic translation within a couple of days, in this example we assume you requested Polish which has a language code of pl.

1. Detach the attached jaikoz_pl.properties and save it in the correct subfolder of your Jaikoz installation. For Windows this probably would be C:/Program Files/Jthink/jaikoz/, for Macs it would be
/Applications/jaikoz.app/Contents/Resources/Java/ (from Finder right click on Jaikoz icon and select Show package Contents to open the sub folders)

2. Go to to https://prbeditor.dev.java.net/#downloads and download prbeditor 0.9.7_2

3. Unzip and run PrbEditor, (if it doesn't run you need to associate jar files with java)

4. From the Dialog select 'Open Resource File', then select Jaikoz.properties from within the Jaikoz Installation Folder and then select only the Polish Locale, this will load all the properties key with their (Default) English in one column and the Polish value in the next column

5. You can now type in the values as required and correct the values, you don't have to supply every value to use the file.
One thing to be careful of is some of the values contain parameters, these are of the form {0}.{1},{2}.. You must ensure the same number of parameters are passed to the Polish language strings in order for it to be correct.

6. You can save changes with select 'File/Save' option

7. Now if you start Jaikoz and select 'Preferences/Appearance//Language' you can select Polish, and it will start using the values in the Polish properties file, if a value doesn't exist it will use the default (English) value.

8. Email me the amended jaikoz_pl.properties when you are happy with it and I will add it to the next release, send you a free Jaikoz license and add your name to the Jaikoz acknowledgements window.

thanks Paul

What has happened is that all the projects on Java.net were moved to a new infrastructure if the owner of the project signed up. Unfortunately the owner of the prbeditor didn't do so, and now there seems to be no publicably available version of the project anywhere. I have a version locally but its not packaged up properly, I will need to sort something out, or maybe switch to a dufferent solution, a few options have been suggested

I have Eclipse installed (though, I am not a Java developer, I have the Java SDK along with it). Do you know of some Eclipse equivalent to prbeditor, that I could use?
